I had the pleasure of visiting our dear friends Dede and Mark during Modernism Week and was treated to amazing design inspiration. A common theme throughout my travels was the repetition of the color orange. I wanted to share some images of modern homes in Palm Springs. If you are in the area, I recommend you try to attend some of the seminars next year.

If looking at orange doors, look no further than the Parker Hotel designed by Jonathan Adler. Accents of orange pop against the desert colors.
The Parker Gene Autry suite was formerly Gene Autry’s Palm Springs home. My husband and I visited this hotel in 1983 when it was the Gene Autry Hotel. I just love what Jonathan Adler has done to give it a fresh, modern twist.
