Antique Shopping in Fairfield County, CT

This California girl was a regular visitor to the Rose Bowl flea market in Pasadena, CA. That market was outdoors, and come rain or shine (almost always shine and 80 degrees in So. Cal), I would shop the monthly flea market armed with my cash and shopping list for items for my client projects, or my own home.

Enter, Fairfield Co. Antique and Design Center located at 19 Willard Road, Norwalk in Fairfield County, CT.

This 20,000 square foot design center showcases about 100 dealers in antique, modern and vintage furnishings, art, and accessories.

You couldn’t possibly explore all of it in one day. As always, I recommend shopping for antiques with a specific intention. Perhaps you are in search of a small footstool or a unique wall sconce?
